Performance marketing, done the way finance teams like it
Performance marketing is advertising you pay for — and judge — by outcomes: qualified leads, purchases, booked calls, app installs. Done well, it is the most predictable growth lever a business has. Done badly, it is the fastest way to burn a budget on clicks that never become customers.
At RK Growth Force we treat paid media as a financial system, not a creative experiment. Before we launch a single ad, we work out what a customer is actually worth to you, how much you can afford to pay to acquire one, and which channels are most likely to deliver them at that price. Then we build the tracking, campaigns, creative and landing pages to hit those numbers — and we report on them every week.

The money has moved online — and so has the competition. With more advertisers bidding for the same audiences, the brands that win are not the ones that spend the most. They are the ones with the cleanest data, the sharpest creative and the most disciplined budget allocation.

Our 5-step growth process
- Audit (week 1). We review your ad accounts, analytics, website, offers and competitors to find wasted spend, tracking gaps and quick wins.
- Plan (week 1–2). We set KPI targets, choose channels, split budget by funnel stage and write a 90-day test roadmap.
- Build (week 2–3). Tracking, campaign architecture, audiences, creatives and landing pages are set up and quality-checked.
- Optimise (ongoing). Daily bid and budget management, search-term hygiene, audience refinement and weekly creative rotations.
- Scale (month 2+). When CPA is stable, we increase budgets on winners in controlled steps and open new channels and markets.
The metrics we manage — and the ones we ignore
Impressions and clicks are inputs, not results. We report on them, but we don’t celebrate them. These are the numbers that decide whether a campaign gets more budget:
| Metric | What it tells you | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| ROAS (return on ad spend) | Revenue generated per ₹1 of ad spend | Budget allocation between campaigns and channels |
| CPA / CPL | Cost to acquire one customer or lead | Bid targets and go / no-go decisions |
| POAS (profit on ad spend) | Gross profit per ₹1 of spend | Product and margin-aware scaling for e-commerce |
| LTV:CAC | Long-term customer value vs. acquisition cost | How aggressively we can bid for new customers |
| Lead-to-sale rate | Lead quality, not just quantity | Offline conversion imports and audience tuning |

Performance marketing FAQs
What is the difference between performance marketing and digital marketing?
Digital marketing is the umbrella term for all online marketing — content, SEO, social media, email and ads. Performance marketing is the part of it that is paid for and optimised against measurable actions such as leads and sales, with CPA and ROAS as the core metrics.
How much should I spend on performance marketing?
Work backwards from your target cost per acquisition. If your target CPA is ₹800 and you want 150 customers a month, you need roughly ₹1.2 lakh in ad spend once campaigns are optimised. We recommend a testing budget for the first 4–6 weeks before scaling.
How long before campaigns become profitable?
Most accounts see first conversions within days, but it typically takes 4–8 weeks of structured testing for platforms’ algorithms and our optimisations to stabilise CPA. Accounts with strong historical data usually improve faster.
Which channels will you use?
It depends on where your buyers are and how they buy. High-intent products and services usually start with Google Search and Shopping; visual and impulse-driven products lean on Meta; B2B adds LinkedIn. We recommend the mix during your audit.
Do you work on a commission of ad spend?
We offer a fixed monthly management fee or a fee linked to ad spend, depending on account size and scope. Pricing is agreed in writing before work begins, and ad spend is always paid directly to the platforms by you.
What happens to tracking after iOS privacy changes?
We use server-side signals — Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions and offline conversion imports — to recover much of the data lost to browser and device restrictions, while respecting user consent.
Can you guarantee results?
No ethical agency can guarantee specific sales numbers, because results depend on your product, pricing, market and competition. We guarantee a transparent process, disciplined execution and honest reporting — and we set clear KPI targets together before launch.
